Diversity Worx was founded in 2020 by the current CEO Gerbrand Badenhorst. The company began with one vehicle and one worker, but through hard work, late nights, and dedication, it has grown into a multi-team workforce specializing in engineering solutions. Initially focused on steel fabrication, the company has expanded its services to include CNC laser cutting, draughting designs, construction, maintenance, renewable energy, and the creation of portal frames, among many others.
